La Viola pasta sauces are made in a small facility in Syracuse, New York, with close monitoring over production and tight quality control. In order to ensure the consistency and quality of the product, Lino himself personally selects the finest San Marzano tomatoes and supervises each production run. No product is shipped until Lino is completely satisfied with the authenticity and consistency of the recipe.
Our imported San Marzano plum tomatoes help to give our products their unique quality. We know that after tasting our pasta sauce, you will appreciate the distinctive character it offers, among all the mass-produced, commerical sauces.
